Create survey: create and publish your surveys

From the Admin panel, it is the very first step after logging in to SURREM, to create a new survey. 

Write down multiple questions and select their answer types for a survey, save it and publish the survey. A unique shortcode will be generated and all of the Agents will access that survey with the shortcode.

This section shows up all the surveys which have been published by your company. This view is designed in a very sophisticated way to display some of the necessary indicators to look at without even navigating or opening up that survey tab most importantly the shortcode for the agents. furthermore, the number of questions as well as a counter for surveys conducted by the agents.
